There is no such thing as an “accidental” shooting. When guns go off it is either intentional or negligence.

Sad that he was shot accidentally, BUT, he should NOT have run from the police. When will people learn? You're right! The Founding Fathers, who spent most of their lives running from the authorities, ABSOLUTELY didn't want their descendants to run from the police.
I'm sure they would have condoned these executions WHOLEHEARTEDLY.
I think one of them said: "We must all not run together, or assuredly we shall all be shot in the back separately."
Or something like that...

Running from the cops used to be pretty common.
Guys used to have their own stories of running from cops on foot, in cars, on motorcycles, has that ended in post 60s America?
