My guess it’s the average for every person who qualifies. I think you qualify in Oklahoma if you make 2,850 or less/ month and have three kids and a wife. At least that’s what it was 3 years ago. It’s probably more now. When you bring in zilch, and have three kids, it was almost 500.00.
