The unfolding farce of Obama’s deal with Iran ; The president didn’t sign a bad framework deal

ime and again, President Barack Obama and his indefatigable secretary of state promised that they and their P5+1 negotiating partners would not sign a bad deal with Iran on its nuclear weapons program.

They didn’t sign a bad framework deal in Lausanne, Switzerland, last week. They just agreed on one in principle, and left it unsigned, allowing for multiple conflicting interpretations.

It was immediately plain that the US-led negotiators had mislaid their moral compass, and indeed any clear sight of their own self-interest, when they agreed to conduct the negotiations as scheduled even as Iran’s ruthless, arrogant leader Ali Khamenei was intoning his “Death to America” mantra, and one of his military chiefs was declaring that Israel’s destruction is “nonnegotiable.”

What is becoming increasingly plain is the extent to which the Obama team and their colleagues were played for fools by the Iranians in the talks themselves.

There is a great art to destroying the country you lead, while maintaining plausible deniability and some modicum of political popularity.

It my best, Harry the one eyed Weasel voice,

The President has to sign the agreement to find out what is in the agreement.

Hey, maybe Nancy hit Harry with her big gavel ?

I need an honest answer here. No Jokes. Promise?

Officially, how do the “Sanctions” get lifted? This is a UN deal right? Is there any US law passed regarding the sanctions?

Sorry for ignorance.

Technically, by an act of Congress, but the president would have us believe he can simply order it.

Ø to Iran: If you like your nukes, you can keep your nukes.

Anybody remember this from him?

Brandenburg Gate, June 19, 2013: "We reject the nuclear weaponization
that North Korea and Iran may be seeking.

And didn’t he do the same thing with his illegal alien amnesty executive order? All these unsigned scraps of worthless paper should be shredded and ignored. They are a fool’s wishful thinking and have no force of law.

There wasn’t a deal; just different understandings of what it would look like.

Its coming undone because it was never nailed down in writing and signed by every one.

This is a testament to the incompetence of American diplomacy under Obama and Kerry.

Its not America’s finest hour.

Actually it was like this:
"If you like your Tel-Aviv the way it is, you are going to be greatly disappointed."
