NASA Scientist Believes We're on the Brink of Discovering Aliens
ABC News ^ | Apr 8, 2015 | ALYSSA NEWCOMB

Not only does NASA's chief scientist believe alien life forms likely exist, but she said the space agency knows where to look and could discover signs of extraterrestrial life within the next decade.

Speaking on a panel discussion on Tuesday about water in the universe, NASA's chief scientist Ellen Stofan said she believes the first indications of alien life could come by 2025 -- with more concrete evidence of extraterrestrial life coming in 20 to 30 years.

NASA sure has become a political organization. Weren’t they also focusing on global warming?

Yes, and Muslim relations, too (which is at least tangentially related to the aliens thing, I guess).

That’s hilarious! I was up almost as late reading the same thing (I aslo didn’t finish) but when I finally called it quits for the night, I didn’t have any dreams. I was way too tired for that! Lol! A very captivating read.

Yes, see for yourself. (You may need to change it from "Quick" search to "Archive" search.)

As far as I can discern, Ingo wrote much the way he spoke ... offering veiled innuendo and subtle sarcasm meted by his unusual perspective humor. The book is basically a blend of 'What is wrong with the Moon that we abruptly stopped exploring it in person?' and 'The Oligarchs fear Telepathy, which is a basic human trait as yet infantile in application among humans but apparently not by extraterrestrials'.

Ingo's Psi results are well documented, especially his astonishing revelations regarding Jupiter, before the probes sent their found what he 'saw' in remote viewing exercises. Russell and Hal certainly are convinced of Ingo's 'talent'.

Your link to Ingo’s manuscript had me up to 3AM, and I only got to chapter 19! Gonna finish it today ... but it is not ‘bedtime reading’. At four in the morning, the dreams it instigated were ‘unsettling’.

Glad you enjoyed it!

If you liked that, go and watch some videos by Timothy Good and/or David M. Jacobs on Youtube.

I think I have seen every Tim Good video out there. I correspond a little with Richard Dolan (he seldom writes back, what with probably a thousand emails a day), Joseph P Farrell, a pinch with Richard Hoagland, Linda Moulton Howe, and Dark Journalist (though Daniel’s replies are very short, too). I am convinced that there are Aliens living in the Moon. And I suspect that the short story Von Braun wrote years ago about aliens living in Mars was based upon things he knew of that planet.

If the government were to say tomorrow that there are aliens among us, the probably response would be, "Yeah? No $h!t Sherlock."

The Russian President already did say just that...

Russian President on Aliens

When he said to watch the 'documentary film, "Men In Black"', he meant this film:
Men in Black - Russian Documentary

Some laughed when he said it as they thought he meant the American film with Will Smith, but that is not what he meant. Go ahead, watch it...

:-)

Yes, I’ve seen it. I wondered why the Soviet Union dissolved. Now we know what all the KGB filed agents were re-tasked to do!

When I first heard Ingo’s story abut the artichoke bin woman, I thought it odd that he would describe her as he did. But then I recalled that he was a painter ...

As unsettling as the prospect of these theories being true may be...I have a question or two:

1. If the moon has been mined by these aliens for hundreds of years or more, then they must be quite close to Earth cosmologically speaking. If so, why the moon and not Mars? Or Europa? Or Io? Or Titan? Or any of the millions of asteroids in the Belt? If not, why the Moon? Hostile environments don't seem to bother them.

2. If these aliens seem to have some regard for our puny existence and consider Earth as belonging to humans, then why are they unconcerned about the eventual effect of a depleted Moon having on our planet? Wouldn't the removal of millions of tons of material have an effect eventually?

Pardon the intrusion, but your questions muct be answered by an alien, as far as we can tell, we the public. Perhaps our secret breakaway civilization of humans knows the answers, but it isn't likely that they will post to you.

The hard evidence on the Moon is that it has a hollow reality, not a bunch of tubular void but hollow. That, according to Sagan is not possible for a natural Moon, so the object is likely artificial anyway. Aliens who may have lost their home-world for some reason appear to be living there now and the Apollo 18, 19 and 20 missions, fully funded and build for launch were cancelled ... for some reason not given to the public, rather a lie that it was too expensive to continue with them.

With the raft of lies being spewed about MArs by NASA, what makes you think there are not already 'beings' living there also?

It is self evident that the globalist oligarchs who are wealthy beyond avarice with oil revenues do not want any energy sources actually replacing oil as the energy of humankind. These same oligarchs are hard at work creating right before our eyes a world one-world government and appear to be fabricating a new economic model based upon energy use/carbon credits, so this too suppresses any developments toward alternate energy which would not be under the oligarchs' strict controls.

In such an atmosphere of rule by oligarchy, and with technologies developed from 'retrieved' extraterrestrial vehicles and perhaps their pilots likely now well understood and in the hands and control of the oligarchy who have raped the populations of nations for funds to develop these technologies in complete secrecy and completely under black budget controls run solely by these same oligarchs through their proxies, how do common citizens even access the secrets?

First of all, I don’t know.
Very good questions.

BUT...
If they are interested in us as a kind of laboratory, or repository of pure genetic material, and the subject of a very large study, it would be sensible to have short supply lines.

We are being observed at arms length by one or more advanced civilizations - of that, we may be reasonably certain. For how long, and how intensive is the project - well, nobody knows.

We could be a prototype civilization.

If you are a religious person, you might think that the story of Babel was about when we had our telepathic capabilities ‘turned off’ by those higher up in the universal pecking order, forcing us to vocalize to communicate and forcing us to speak different languages instead of communicating telepathically.

It took us a couple of thousand years and we are emulating such interconnectivity through the use of the Internet - not quite as efficient a mechanism as a truly telepathic society, but a sort of crutch to capture some of the positive features.

A truly telepathic society would advance faster, and we would again be able to reach the cosmos where the ‘gods’ lived. We were probably an exiled population and tried to return, but there is something wrong with us. We are pretty dangerous - you must admit.

Now imagine a full blown telepathic society... there would be no more terrorism, no more passwords, no more thieves, no more secrets, no more lies, no keys, no locks, no adultery, no unsolved crimes...

Could we be an experiment? Are we exiled?
Was Babel a true story of having our telepathic capabilities somehow ‘shut off’?

Continuing on the same thread about the telepathic society...

That might be a reason why the secrets of these UFO’s are withheld from us.

Perhaps a non-telepathic society - such as ours - must not be allowed to ever possess the technologies of the more advanced and telepathic societies.

Look at our society. Someone can, let’s say, obtain a nuclear weapon. Put it in a suitcase, sneak it into a world capital and detonate it. This would not be possible in a telepathic society -all of the others in that society would know what the bad guy was up to and be able to easily thwart his nefarious plan.

Now suppose that these technologies that allow interstellar travel could be ramped up to the level that if maximized, would allow someone with a small UFO to re-engineer the power system to release the energy that could destroy a planet, or traverse time...

There is no way that a violent, unpredictable, secretive and not-telepathic human could be allowed to even get close to such technology. It’s bad enough that our kind has had access to nuclear energy - which we have already used to murder innocents on a grand scale.

The next level of technology must be withheld from a savage race like the human race. At least, until we are fully telepathic and under some kind of control.

Our history proves that we are incapable of handling any technology that is a great leap ahead of what we already had, and if aliens are keeping us from getting it, good for them.

“It’s bad enough that our kind has had access to nuclear energy - which we have already used to murder innocents on a grand scale.”

The Rape of Nanking was worse. The savage destruction of Manila was worse. The fire-bombings of Yokohama, Tokyo, and Dresden were worse.

A little perspective is wanted.

Don’t be so defensive, it’s not an anti-American sentiment, but rather a fact. If the Japanese had nukes, they would have used them. ANYONE would have.

That’s the problem.
The entire species is rotten when it comes to that.
Nobody would have done any different.

I would invite your attention to the fact that we never used them again, even though tactical nukes could have saved the lives of untold numbers of American soldiers, and even though we could have used city-flatteners to blackmail the rest of the world.

We were not rotten.
