Depends on what they can get, they will on their hands until there is something in it for them.
In an interview with National Public Radio, President Obama said that it would be a “fundamental misjudgment” to require that Iran to do anything.
In the souk, they chuckle when they see Obama coming.
In 25+ years of peace proposals and peace agreements, every PLO or Arab negotiate has categorically and emphatically refused to include any language that acknowledges Israel’s fundamental right to exist and have even made public statements that Israel has no right to exist.
There is no way any country can negotiate in good faith with any entity that refuses to acknowledge that countries fundamental right to exist.
Bottom line is if they fail to recognize a country that has hydrogen nukes and probably neutron nukes, they probably won’t recognize the terms of any agreement.
