Jeb Bush knows he's not Hispanic.
After the New York Times reported Monday that the former Florida governor and potential 2016 presidential candidate identified himself as Hispanic in a 2009 Dade County voter registration application, Bush took to Twitter to react, saying it was a mistake.

Bush’s fault
Gee a politician who lies. How original
[Bush took to Twitter to react, saying it was a mistake.]
Ooooookay. Sure. Whatever. Yeah, we believe you.
Your mistake to try to get by with the lie you shrub.
Go away, hide and never darken the Republic again with your it’s my turn crap.
Fine Jeb, now go sit down and STFU for the next 2 years
I hope he loses but come on, there is no way he was pretending to be hispanic. It was just a registration form not a request for affirmative action assistance or something.
3 Our Fathers and 3 Hail Marys won’t get you off of this one.
How on earth does one make a mistake like that?
You done got caught lying. Do you use 3 or 4 different SSNs too?
I don’t like Jeb at all, but what does he possibly gain by lying on this form? If he got something out of it, I might think he lied. Since I don’t see any possible advantage for him, I’m inclined to think it was a mistake.
With all of his amnesty talk, he must have forgotten that he isn’t an illegal.
But they remain mum on the POS in the Whitehut.
The media will not cover this like they covered Warren saying she was a native.
I can tell you what it does. It skews the demographics. The more people mark Hispanic on the form the more the politicians cater to them.
An apology won’t be enough. This is clearly much more serious than Hillary destroying State Department e-mails or Kerry aiding the North Vietnamese or Obama lying about healthcare. How dare a white man try to cash in on the privileges earmarked for Hispanics? Jeb might as well drop out of the Presidential race now.
Jeb to the rest of us: " Oops..."
What difference does it make?
Was he supposed to have a “privileged” ballot instead?
“I dont like Jeb at all, but what does he possibly gain by lying on this form? If he got something out of it, I might think he lied. Since I dont see any possible advantage for him, Im inclined to think it was a mistake.”
I wholeheartedly agree with you. I am not a fan either, but I don’t see his gain here. I’m guessing that his wife filled the form out and he just signed it....
Still, “stay out da bushes!”
