you will start having more frequent and pleasant dreams.I have heard that but don't experience it, I suppose because I don't dream at all, or at least do not remember dreams. I envy my wife who remembers her dreams vividly. Her time asleep isn't just wasted time.

For one year I took 10000iu of vit d3 daily...didnt affect my dreaming...rarely have them...how much were you taking? My ND didnt likemy levels being around 100 so I dropped to @5000iu daily...but am thinking of increasing again... (and changing NDs)

My dreams are very vivid and interesting. People I have not seen in decades pop up in them.
