Makes sense. California has too many people and not enough water. There are 3 states which border California. Arizona is mostly desert—too many people, not enough water. Nevada is mostly desert—too many people, not enough water. Oregon has lots of water.
So long as they are all liberals and the ignorant voters don’t move to swing states and red states then it’s great with me.
