They witnessed Bill Clinton and White House intern Monica Lewinsky cavorting for years before their affair hit the headlines, and heard Mr Clinton's wife, Hillary, 'clock him with a book' during the scandal.

I am sure that Secret Service saw it too. Staff are supposed to overlook a lot at the White House. Heck I worked for many Admirals on the staff and we had to overlook a bunch of stuff they did. It goes with the job.
