They file bogus lawsuits and their buddies on the bench force a settlement on the defendant part of which is that they have to cough up a large sum of cash to help further ACLU’s “public service”. That's how the NAACP,LaRaza,Southern Poverty Law Center, and various environmental groups get funding.
