As a former 17 year-old boy, I fail to see the great damage caused by these encounters. A breach of school policy, yes, but a penalty equivalent to a murder charge? Maybe we should simply stone her to death.
Had she had sex with three girls, it would have lauded on CNN, NBC etc. as her contitutional right!
If the genders were reversed, would it be OK? If the student was your daughter?
