I’d put a Major “ALLEGED” concerning those thousands. My first reaction when I heard this on Megan Kelly was that it was just a few twits who sent the thousands of tweets. Then Rush today talked about research he had done concerning such attacks on his advertisers. Said it was 85% of the tweets were from ten people, that they had developed algorithms to send hundreds of messages making it seem like these were all separate twits and that he had names of who these ten were.
