Yahoo News ^ | 4/2 | Daniel Bean

The owners of Memories Pizza were some of the first Indiana businesspeople to publicly support the state’s controversial Religious Freedom Restoration Act, according to a report by the Associated Press. While Crystal O’Connor, the pizzeria’s co-owner, told a local ABC-TV affiliate Tuesday that her family-owned pizzeria would serve a homosexual couple in the restaurant, she said they would not cater a gay wedding since it would be against her family’s Christian beliefs.

It’s not about being smarter, it’s about having the megaphone. They get to set the narrative, and it’s very difficult to get truth out in the middle of mob rule.

A successful candidate must beat the narrative. We’ve done it before, it can be done. We’ve seen guys like Walker, Christie and Rick Scott beat the left’s tenacious drumbeat on the state level. We’ve seen a lot of congress and senate candidates do it in the 2010 and 2014 wave years. It takes good, media savvy candidates.

No, what happened was that a reporter walked into the pizza shop, asked the question to the owners, and then got an honest answer. And then all hell broke loose.

> i hate to say it, the left is smarter than us when it comes to framing issues for elections

I think you meant are “willing to stoop lower” and use whatever lie or deception they need to, to accomplish their objectives; not “smarter”. They are an ends justifies the means group. Once they go too far and are caught with their hands in the cookie jar people will know who they really are and it will be the beginning of their end. Actually we are already starting to see a little of that...

... who ... would want a pizzeria to cater a wedding...

Nobody.

This most likely arose from someone working their way through the "Restaurants" section of the Yellow Pages, asking if the proprietor would cater a homosexual pretend-wedding, until they got a "No".

Then, it's "Unleath the houndth".

“Another takeaway is NEVER TALK TO THE LIBTARD MEDIA”

That’s what got Palin in her “feel” run for the presidency. She tried to befirend these bastards and use them but it backfired. They had an objective and executed.

Am I the only one that thinks that I should be able to discriminate against anyone, for any reason?

Until good people learn the tactics to fight back - as we have in the abortion war - good people will keep losing ground. Religious freedom aside (in which there is no mention of homosexual discrimination), when did we lose the premise that homosexual behavior is a deviant lifestyle? Really; it is a deathstyle!

Even without these religious freedom laws; we should have the right to discriminate against any deviant lifestyle. Don't people non-violently discriminate against pansexuallity, polyamory, bestiality, pedophilia, etc.? Non-violent discrimination against deviant lifestyles is a good thing!

Nobody is born being homosexual; it has never been scientifically proven. In fact, just the opposite is true – IT IS A CHOICE! We have not only lost this premise, now people believe the premise that bisexuality is OK. Soon, we will lose the premise on polysexuallity, polyamory, bestiality, pedophilia, etc.

Frankly, IMO, we started to lose the premise that discrimination against indecent behavior was good when Americans began to accept sexuality outside the bond of a monogamous heterosexual marriage between one man and one woman for life.

Nope, there are many principled people who agree. This is a basic human freedom.

Here’s what’s REALLY terrifying when it comes to the POWER of the Enemy Media:

I manage a business. If I decline to sell a product to a gay couple (and believe me, I have PLENTY of leftist gay, lesbian, trans-gendered customers in Madistan) they could burn down my business, too.

We ‘producers’ are all being boiled alive, but THIS ill-fated frog is hoppin’ out of the pot!

the left is smarter than us when it comes to framing issues for elections.

We may have become a soundbyte society, but I'm not sure if its framing the issue as much as having a compliant media willing to give their particular meme endless exposure.

Repeat a lie often enough...

And this is why Christianity and radical homosexuals cannot coexist. The homosexuals will not tolerate one ounce of deviation from their party line. When it does happen, they will destroy the person or business involved. We are dealing with evil people.

They have the same mentality as the rioters in Ferguson. Apparently they have nothing better to do than protest. We need a good Depression where the low life’s have to scrounge all day every day for something to eat then they might find something better to use their time on than making stupid signs and acting like a bunch of spoiled children.

I think there’s going to be a backlash to this. I read that over $100,000 has been raised for the owners because they’ve had to shut their business for the past two days.
