No, what would be an April fool would be Moonbeam announcing he’s ditching the “high speed” rail and using the funds to construction Nuclear/Desalinization plants.

Maybe California should stop inviting millions of illegal aliens. How much water do they use?

That ought increase the incidence of kidney stones.

With ObamaCARE, there will be thousands more screaming
in pain, first waiting for care, and then
paying the $6000 deductibles.

Good thing the State is wasting BILLIONS on a train to nowhere instead of desalination plants along the coast! I guess California doesn’t have enough coastline?? /s

NorCal has to send water to the Southland for all those swimming pools and golf courses built in the desert.

Oh yeah, if the State built a few desalination plants then they WOULDN’T BE ABLE TO IMPOSE MORE POLICE STATE RESTRICTIONS. You see, they LOVE this ‘climate change’ and ‘drought’ stuff because it gives them the EXCUSE to go full bore into Fascism mode!

I have poool guilt syndrome. Id go jump in it but they keep generating fake cloud cover ,, the last two days have started as clear blue shy and by noon ,, all kinds of wispy stuff and trails galore. my pool should be 70 by now.. Its only 64. :-(

supposedly we have an air quality management district that should be looking out for all the residents therein..

damn it and whoever is spraying this crap.. My tomatoes need the sunshine..

sckrew the globalists and their global fleet of poison planes. they pretend to be doing it to keep ground temps down to cut evaporation etc..

I hear the Grand Inquisitioners were quite nice once they cropped their garb and devices too.. ;-)
