I think Pence was blindsided by the fact the Indiana bill is NOT the same as the federal and other states’ measures.

I think some demonRAT wanted to this bill, but Pence beat them to it and now the demonRATS are screaming bloody murder....

He should have used Utah as an example, the LDS church got involved and with the Utah legal minds and the church, and government, it passed and no one yelled and cried and screamed....

Just saying...sometimes it takes more than one group to get things done.....

Pence might have cemented a run for President if he had said something like: One religion in particular, Christianity, is being tyrannized around the world, with its members being murdered and oppressed. I am proud to have signed this legislation to protect religious rights. If someone must take action, if someone must speak up, then I am that man. Let it start here. Let it start with me.

The oinly 'fire' is the heartburn of the Liberals, fags and other sin enablers shouting in their little whiney voices.

Yeah, he should have turned the tables on them. This law is to protect people from being forced to commit acts or participate in events they find morally objectionable.

I have my suspicions that this is an attempt to smear Mike Pence who could very well have been on a short list as a Vice President pick. Why else would there be so much fervor over a law that has already been adopted in 30 states?

"gutted by the Supreme Court in The Slaughterhouse Cases in 1873."

I agree with the Court's decision in the Slaughterhouse Cases. So please clarify your assertion about the 14th Amendment’s Section 1 versus Slaughterhouse cases.

Thanks. If he had a competent response team, they would have told him to give them a chance to do some research before responding. They would have had a chance to bring up the Federal law and the Connectiucut law. People will fight for a good man but he has to have patience.

Should have?

True.

But remember; his skills haven't been honed by many hours 'debating' on FR!!!

[[Why are gays and lesbians and Democrats so anti-religion? Why are they so intolerant of religious people?]]

Because immoral people ALWAYS hate morality of any kind and they wish to destroy morality wherever they can- pre3tty simple really- the darkness hates the light because the light exposes the filth that those in darkness live in

I am from Indiana. I never thought Pence was much other than a nice man.

That said, everyone on FR and all conservatives should be ashamed of themselves. We never take to the streets and stick up for anyone who puts themself out there.

Pence is better than all of us are. The left takes to the street. We expect one man to do what none of us will do. We are really the cowards. Not Pence!
