Christian bashing has become OK, but daring to let people know what sin is considered bashing?

What kind of a Bizarro Felliniesque world do we live in?

“”Blessed are those who have been persecuted for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 11”Blessed are you when people insult you and persecute you, and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me”

-Matthew 5:10 and 11

Tim Cook may be a hypocrite--or not. But frankly, being a fanatical bully--which he very clearly is;--is something even worse.

That he does business with countries which he is not in a position to bully, may be because he is a hypocrite; or simply because not being able to bully them, he puts the interests of his company first. That he seeks to use his position to bully Indiana Conservatives, is a surer indication of his true nature.

That the man simply will not tolerate the right of other people to reject his values, his priorities, is the stronger focus, if you want to discredit him--and a bully should be discredited, not humored.

At the least, Cook demonstrates The Compulsion For Uniformity, which epitomized Bolshevik Russia & Nazi Germany. That he may have a psychological profile similar to Hitler's enforcer in the early years, Ernst Roehm, should really give one pause to reflect.

While Cook does not have an army of uniformed thugs, cracking heads in the street, is small consolation. He now controls the world's richest business enterprise (by far); which gives him almost phenominal economic clout. Think about it!

It makes perfect sense. To a committed leftist there is no one so despised as someone with whom they politically disagree.

They despise their political opposition more than they do Islamic head choppers, or homicidal maniacs on death row, or raping perverts, or genocidal communists.

Because opposing ideas present an obstacle to the levers of power and all of the money, women and respect that accrues to those who possess it.

I just received the following email from an old and dear friend who taught school back when teaching school meant the “Three R’s” and DID NOT include Marxist political correctness indoctrination. I pass it along as possible food for thought for those of us who grasp the “end game” of this perniciously pestilential process.
“Dick, on this ‘Freedom of Religion’ law:
I think most people get the word ‘religion’ confused in their thinking——we have many people here of other religions.
If their religion required them to close their business at sundown  and there were people of other faiths who wanted to do business with them, would they have to open for those who want to do business with them?
Dick, where is the country that I once lived in many, many years ago?
Mary”
To which I replied:
Mary, The country in which you and I grew up has been hijacked by a consortium of lownoinfo voters (thank you government schools and the Marxists now running them) and venal, self-serving politicians who believe that if they either remain silent to the ongoing “transformation” (much of the GOP) or aid and abet the process (ALL the Dems who are now indistinguishable from the Stalinists who captured Russia), they will be elevated to princes in the new regime.
Ernst Rohm and the others who assisted Hitler in his conquest of Germany held similar beliefs. He was rewarded with a bullet in the head in a prison cell. His associates died in “The Night of the Long Knives”, the lucky ones killed outright, the unlucky ones slowly strangled hanging from hooks like so many butchered cattle.
What these current fools and accomplices of this new tyranny fail to understand is that the history of tyranny is filled with such stories. The tyrant will not tolerate the existence of ANY groups or individuals who might come to threaten his tyranny.

“ALL men lose when freedom fails and good men rot in filthy jails.  And those who cried “Appease, appease” are HANGED by those they sought to please.”

Love to you and yours as we enter perhaps the most dangerous 660 days in our lifetime.
Dick

This Tim Cook anti-Religious Freedom stance is generating more posts than any other Apple news in a long time. . . here's another article but nothing really new.

Angie's List and the NBA has just announced they are joining the hoard opposing the law. . . but the Main Stream Media are still focusing on Apple. Why? Because Apple gets clicks which get advertising dollars. — PING!

Apple CEO and his reprehensible, mis-guided, GAY stance on Religious Freedom Ping!

If you want on or off the Mac Ping List, Freepmail me.

Somehow I don’t see Steve Jobs thinking what a great idea it would be to take an aggressive position on a highly politicized issue and thereby gratuitously piss off a significant segment of your customer base.

CEOs are entrusted with the management of a corporation on behalf of the shareholders, the owners of said business. They are not given a platform for enforcing their own personal political or social agenda and stating it is "on bahalf of" the company. Tim Cook did exactly that, he made a statement of his own moral position and stated it was "on behalf of Apple". In other words, "The company, it is I".

I think he ought to retract it and state it was his opinion alone and not necessarily that of Apple's shareholders or employees, or he should resign so he can start a non-profit foundation somewhere.

Cook may believe Indiana’s new law is very dangerous towards gays…

Danger? I don't think dangerous means what he thinks it means. In other countries, people are buried in holes with their head exposed and stoned. Or put in cages and burned alive. Or marched into an ocean and shot. That's what Christians are going through in the Middle East and Africa. He should at least give Christians some leeway from the danger that gays present to them. Christians are being persecuted by gays and losing their livelihood, thanks to overbearing government.

What is the danger to gays? They'll get their feelings hurt if a cake isn't baked for them? Get over it; they can find a gay baker. Stop hurting Christians.

Cook is using a “slap suit” method to silence anyone who finds his behavior of playing with the genitals of other men disgusting.

The politicians are just groveling for Apple company donations.

Also keep in there are countries in the Middle East and East Africa where Slavery is still around. Funny you never hear any Democrats or even Republicans for that matter ever comment on that. Much less Tim Cook and Apple.

Apple doesn't mind gays being thrown off the roof - as long as it's Arabs doing it. But for Quakers - conscientious objectors - they'll be forced to fight in the next war. Shove a gun in their hands - religious freedom is O-VAR.
