I’ve sought texts and emails in discovery. Can’t someone sue here in federal court to get this stuff? A federal judge actually does have a lot of power unlike it appears, Congressional committees.

That’s my point. There are laws in federal court that provide for pretty severe sanctions if someone wipes a hard drive in the middle of a case and/or an investigation. There’s a lawyer out there right now working on this petition.

For Christmas I got an Android Tablet from my family.
Our teenage grandson showed me the ins and outs re how to use it and a few warnings.
His #1 warning was to never use it to pay bills or to monitor my investments on wifi or even with a paid through the air service like Verizon or AT&T because of lack of security with the pads/tablets.
I asked him how hard it was to hack a tablet, and he just grinned.
