Sexual assault is the legal term in Canada for sexual contact with another person without their consent, per the Criminal Code of Canada.

Per section 150.1 of the Criminal Code, a person charged with the sexual assault of someone under 16, cannot use consent as a defense, which is IMO just another way of saying that the minor cannot legally give consent.

The exception is that a minor between the ages of 12 and 14 may consent to sexual activity with someone not more than two years older, and between the ages of 14 and 16 may consent to sexual activity with someone not more than five years older. [Criminal Code 150.1 (2) and 150.1 (2.1)]

So unless these three Muslims are all 19 or under, they could be in a world of hurt.
