This is egregious, and it may be too much even for the elite totalitarians. If Hitlery can brazenly destroy evidence, even when specifically ordered not to do so, and get away with it, wouldn’t this set an example for the public not to obey orders? I don’t see why not. I don’t think that federal prosecutors would appreciate this example when kangaroo style prosecution by the IRS and other federal agencies yield an outcome of 95+% for the feds. Juries might balk at federal prosecutors (hired guns for the elites) and find “the little guy” defendants not guilty. Of course, the Feds would need to ratchet up the threats against individual jurors or “find” some more “cooperative” jurors.
