As news reached the public Friday that a deal may be forthcoming, Rozen tweeted:

Because, really, that is without a doubt the most f***ed up answer this person could have given out of all possible answers in this universe.

Which is funny that he chose that as his response. Most often it is colloquially used as a, "mmm sure why not?" Or, like when your parents said, "We'll see," when you were growing up, and often with a casual wave of the hand.........in effect it = "probably not."

I don't want to say "no," so I need 'allah' as a scapegoat. If it didn't happen, it's because allah didn't will it so.

Which, as a side anecdote - many arabs love to do that to Westerners when a request or requirement is made, but they absolutely HATE when they want something and a Westerner responds with "Insha-allah."
