Realistically, there is no chance that anyone will challenge Cruz’ eligibility to run. There will not be any court challenges on this.
Some take the natural born citizen thing to an extreme. These people claimed that Rick Santorum was not eligible to run for president, because his father was not yet an American citizen at the time Rick was born. These people claim that both your parents needed to be American citizens at the time of your birth.
It seems a dead issue, in that, Cruz’ mother was an American citizen when he was born.
I just posted it as an authoritative guide. Yes, he is eliglble. Ann Coulter, among other people, are questioning this. These people need to be hit with the clue bat.
