By all accounts Cruz is committed to process. In this case compliance with the ACA.

Its probably the only thing about him I am worried about.

The law says you must buy healthcare, and you have to obey the law, even if you hate it. (The law is clearly unconstitutional, but the Extreme Court, under blackmail, ruled otherwise.)

His wife lost her insurance due to her leave of absence. He has to get insurance somehow, and by law, members of Congress are required to take Obamacare. What choice did
Senator Cruz have?

The RNC and the DEMS are trying to keep us home in ‘16.

The Dems are worried about turn out, especially with uninspiring Hillary flopping around the country, and the RNC and the DC crowd want to level that playing field to get those DEM votes for their man, JEB.

They need to knock out our front runners out and keep us home on permanent pout, in order to get the old boy through a primary where he is a flop, but for the money he will certainly have to attract the other side full of liberals.

No one is to advance but Jeb Bush, you hear? :)

It can’t matter to him, money wise. He must have a purpose, whether it is following the law, or to talk with the authority of one who is in the system. Whatever it is, he could have gone either way and the money is immaterial to him. So whatever his reason, I expect it will come out in good time.

Cruz now has "standing", as they say.

He is 10 steps ahead of the MSM.

No. I think he dropped the ball on this one. BUT, I also think it’s a tempest in a teapot.

The Rats play the same thuggish games with public schools.
They force households to pay property taxes for the local govt school, then when you send your kid there because you have no discretionary funds left for a private school they say — “See - you LIKE the public schools, don’t you!”

It’s sssssssickening.
