Mark Halperin of Bloomberg News says the buzz is that “if Hillary Clinton fails, he’s the man.” The vice president himself is said to be scrambling for a way to somehow run for president a third time. Joe Biden? When the next president is sworn in, he will be 74 years old, but that’s only the beginning of his problems. A creature of Washington since he was elected to the Senate at age 29, he personifies the bloviating Beltway that voters have come to loathe. Like the best of bloviators, he can be oblivious to his habit, telling GQ magazine in 2013: “I never speak about anything I don’t know a great deal about.”

It will be no mystery. Biden has been mentally incompetent ever since a doctor told him he only had about a 50% chance of surviving brain surgery, and almost no chance of surviving with his limited mental ability intact.
The article didn't mention one of his most outrageous fabrications of all: that the driver of the truck that killed his first wife was drunk. He wasn't, and police investigation concluded she mistakenly pulled out in front of him.
If a Republican had said something like that, the kneepad media would have been on him like flies on fecal matter. But like every almost every other time, Slow Joe got a pass. About the only thing the kneepad media has ever gone after Joe was when he was a threat to their chosen candidate, and he always seems to oblige with some sort of blatant plagiarism.
Valerie Jarrett has already picked Elizabeth Warren to be her next sock puppet.
Oh please run, Joe. We’ll need some comic relief.

Look at it this way...if it happened that another Democrat got elected to that office,they are going to have a tough time ahead trying to show they have answers while doing the same failed policies of the past.
