I think it's pretty clear that Walker was trying to kill two birds with one stone -- criticizing Obama while taking a shot as Cruz.
Do you really think Obama would have made a different decision if he'd had a prior leadership experience before running for president? I don't.
Besides, by the time Obama made the decision to swap a deserter for five terrorist captives, he'd already had five years of executive experience as President. What good did THAT do him (or us)?
