Other reports indicate that many of the troops trying to take Tikrit are Iranian, so the US is now providing air support for Iran.
a perfect opportunity to target Solimaeni , al Quds force commander
Sounds like what a late-on-the-scene ship’s captain would say to the survivors of Pearl Harbor.
Obama - always late, always supporting the wrong side. Always a traitor!
Instead, US efforts should be concentrated on a free and independent Kurdistan.
And a nuke deal has been reached.
We will give Iraq to Iran and in exchange Iran can build a nuke in 10 years.
What a bargain! Way to go Kerry.
Swell. The primary reason the offensive has been stalled for the last week and a half is that ISIS has heavily infiltrated the civilian population in the city center and the militias are worried about extensive civilian casualties if they attack. So, as usual, they’ve tried to avoid responsibility by blaming the US for not providing air attacks. So, we apparently fell for it, will began an air campaign, and will consequently be blamed for the civilian casualties in the final assault. Perfect solution for the IG and the militias: they get the glory, we get the blame.
Gee. I look forward to moving there with my family.
The US should be carpet bombing Raqqah.
US conducting airstikes to help IRAN take over IRAQ

I’m wondering how the game will be played after ISIS is out of Iraq and then .....when Iran starts sending units to attack Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
Nothing to worry about... John Kerry will negotiate a plan. Now do you feel safer? ha ha ha !
