Marco Rubio is a “tree falling in an empty forest” event if I ever heard of one.

I’m frustrated that Bush is so stupid to think he and his positions along with his name could win .

I am also frigging pissed off republicans like Mccain who put down our side because MCcain and his gang think we should be always doing what the Dems want.

Rubio has his negatives, but he’s ten times better than Bush. He’s everything Bush is not - young, bright, articulate, worrying to the Democrats...maybe Bush should take this as a sign that his coronation is not imminent, after all.

Bush: pro-Amnesty
Rubio: pro-Amnesty

Otherwise, Rubio sounds better in his speeches, at least claiming he wants to repeal Obamacare (but then planning to replace it with a plan he likes).

In any case, I’m hoping Rubio will take at least a few votes from the bland establishment candidate.

Funny—I was incredibly frustrated by Jeb’s inaction in the matter of starving Terri Schiavo to death.

allowing Jeb to have his moment.

THAT is part of the problem with a Jeb run.

What makes this "his moment" any more than any other qualified candidate's "moment"?

Elitism! And THAT is part of the problem with the Establishment GOP.

Jeb Bush Supporters ‘Incredibly Frustrated’ That Marco Rubio Might Run

They actually should be frustrated that Jeb is running. Once he is soundly rejected his larger political career is over... And he will be rejected.

Rubio’s best role is in undermining Jeb. Although Rubio takes some maddening positions, he is to the right of Jeb and is a terrific speaker compared to the dull, dry, boring Jeb. Jeb will have a hard time looking good against him.

Well, since they are they same guy barring they murder of one disabled lady and the plus on the other-side of being "Hispanic" not just married to one, I can see where the frustration might come from.

Lies!!! Bush has no supporters except those in the media, because when the time comes he is most easily destroyed and defeated.

That's part of the Bushbot's problem. Arrogance and entitlement. I say Bushbot, because frankly it's their political team and supporters who are worse than the Bush family themselves. Unfortunately, W took bad advice from those people and I can see Jeb doing the same thing. That's the biggest reason I don't want of them near the White House.

The Bushbots think they made Rubio. No they didn't. Didn't Jeb endorse Rubio in June of 2010 after Charlie RINO ran as an independent?

Good, let as many pro-amnesty candidates run as possible. So far there is only one candidate running who hasn’t supported amnesty, and it is the #1 issue for conservatives, so maybe we can actually not split our votes this time.

disillusioned Jeb Bush supporters.

And when those Bush supporters are willing to take time away from polo practice and cotillion planning to talk to Joy, you know they are really, and I mean really, upset.

... journalist Joy-Ann Reid pens an op-ed for the New York Times featuring disillusioned Jeb Bush supporters. These anonymous Bush supporters ...

So I am expected to believe that Joy-Ann Reid actually knows some republicans? Sounds like a complete work of fiction.

Rubio is the Establishment’s Plan B in case Jeb stumbles out of the gate and has that stench of failure creeping up his leg. The Establishment would NEVER allow a true conservative to become the candidate in the general election. They will throw Jeb overboard in a heartbeat if it means holding onto the controls of the GOP.

“... without allowing Jeb to have his moment.”

Dear Jeb & Supporters, the Founders did not believe that anyone running for office is entitled to anything, any seat or any position of power. We the People are the ones who are entitled and who deserve all opportunities to vote for the leaders we want.
