I swear, I am no conspiracy nut! Something's not right here. They demolish the school to the ground, and now they demolish the shooters house? When has that ever happened before?

They demolished the house based on what the neighbors felt? Doesn't seem right to me?

“When has that ever happened before?”

Numerous times.

Recent example: http://www.cnn.com/2013/08/07/us/ohio-castro-house-demolished/

several such stories: http://www.foxnews.com/story/2008/06/19/houses-horror-what-happens-after-crime/

Gosh they destroy the house because it is a constant reminder and plan to keep the property open space..............as a constant reminder. That property will always be known as that place where a psycho that killed those kids lived! Why not just be honest and say your doing it because no one wants to live there.

Yes...very strange.

Even...weird. But what is there about this saga hasn't been a bit off, somehow strange.

The Bates Motel is still standing. Nobody seems to want to bring it down. If one needs to be leveled it’s that damn Bates Motel.

Yeah, I didn’t realize that happened.

Something still feels really weird about this though.

Time for some critical reading:

"The property was given to the town in December by a bank that acquired it from the Lanza family. Since the shooting more than two years ago, the house stood vacant."

This means that after the boy and his mother were deceased, the home was either foreclosed upon by the bank (pretty likely in these circumstances) or the estate quit-claimed it to the bank in lieu of a pending foreclosure. The bank bought goodwill in the community by giving it to the town. IIRC, the boy and his mother lived there and the father of the shooter (divorced from the mother) lived somewhere distant. If the divorce deeded the property to the mother, and she refinanced, or used it as collateral for loans, or simply had a lot of debts in her estate, there may have been negative equity in the house, or no net equity in the estate. The executor or administrator of the mother's estate may have just let it go into foreclosure, or actively given it back to the bank to save time.

And in a fit of rage over the loss, the bank manager had the house and other buildings torn down and the lot cleared. Yes, I can see that's what happened.

Sandy Hook Truthers are about the lowest of the low when it comes to conspiracy nutters.

Pumped up on Internet nonsense, these losers stalk the parents of the murdered kids online and in-person, telling them that they're "actors" and their dead kids "never existed".

One of these scummy bottom-feeders put up a thread of their BS at FR a few months ago.

It didn't last long.

No paper trail for the mandatory biohazard cleanup as required by law.
Yeah, Sandy Hook was/is weird.

After Megan Kanka, for whom Megan’s Law was named, was killed in NJ, the house where she was killed was razed, and the space turned into a park. I believe her family still lives across the street, but I don’t think any of the neighbors wanted that house there.

Here's an interesting tidbit. The Newtown clerk refused to issue ANY death certificates for the "massacre."

Sandy Hook had been closed for years. The whole thing was a coordinated drill that went "live."

I’m not a Sandy Hook truther. It just seems bizarre to me that they are going around demolishing schools and houses.

Constant reminder?

How about a cemetery?

Or the white hut?
