Thank you for posting that JennysCool. Please bear in mind that several of the jobs mentioned in the graphic the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to address. So the people assigned to specific jobs need to either work with Congress to propose amendments to the Constitution to the states to grant the feds the specific power to actually deal with such issues, or they need kill the program. And the states don’t have to ratify any of the proposed amendments.

Such jobs include the following.

• Energy

• Labor

• Intrastate Commerce

• Health & Human Services
