When it comes to your health, you gotta do what you gotta do. Of course, for Brad’s sake, I hope she’s had some reconstructive surgery.
The problem with “you gotta do what you gotta do” is that this “gotta do” changes with the times in a cyclical fashion.
There are smokers, now and in the past, who have not died from it. There are also those on the other side of the coin who NEVER touched anything anyone even remotely connected to it. Genetics? I really don’t know.
But I do know there is an illogical mania out there where how you feel and respond to society’s perception of cancer as a death agent is the most important thing. Given the right circumstances it can completely take over one’s life to the point where the “it” of it is all that matters.
