Breitbart ^ | March 23, 2015 | Pam Key

Posted on 03/24/2015 2:15:57 AM PDT by bkopto

Monday on Fox News Channel’s “The Five,” panel was was not enthusiastic about the presidential campaign launched today by Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX).

While Kimberly Guilfoyle was the most positive and Dana Perino tried to keep an even balance by discussing both strengths and weaknesses in the Cruz candidacy, it was Eric Bolling and Greg Gutfeld who had the strongest cases against Cruz launching an ultimately successful bid to win the presidency.

HAHAHA. Rupert Murdoch's GOPe Can't-Do crowd had a quorum today, railing against Cruz. Cruz is definitely over the target, with this "friendly" fire flak going off.

Did they actually hold up Jeb Bush "Right to Rise" signs or was it just implied?

Dana Perino is a concern-troll IMO. While she may have worked for Bush, she just shy of a Democrat in my opinion.

She works cleverly, though. Sort of reminds me of that Jamie Dupree who often sounds like he agrees with some conservative point but ALWAYS finds some way to talk it down in a ‘concern’ kind of way.

I don’t trust a word either of them says.

My day was backwards yesterday and I was showering late and turned on this cluckfest while getting ready, and I am not sure who layed the bigger egg, but their was a lot of clucking going on, Juan was on the the verge of needing an exorcism, no pea soup however....

If it on the web, don't waist your time unless you want to truly see what we are going to face if it is any of the following 3 as Veep / VP, Cruz, Walker, Pence.

Bolling and Gutfeld had “the strongest cases against Cruz”

Eh - no. The strongest rants against Cruz, yes. There were no cases made. Not anything sensible above a sixth grade level cafeteria gossip session.

They are going to be very hard pressed for the next year or more, to hold up the anti cruz positions they’ve each dug for themselves.

Neither made anything close to a strong case.

They don’t have original thoughts, that is the recorded thought for this week.

I don’t seem to recall ANY similar arguments against Obama when he threw his hat in the ring in May 207. Everybody on the left was totally gaga over him and not a naysayer to be found. He had one-thousandth the qualifications of Cruz — just a nice skin shade and commie bona files. Just like Warren these days.

Eating our candidates is SOP for the right. When you take the vicious attacks from the left to smear any conservative as “stupid” (any real-world evidence notwithstanding) and combine it with conservative attacks like this, it is little wonder the lofos and nofos reflexively hate conservative candidates.

I am mostly upset about Gutfeld. Of course, he is probably all in for Rand Paul. Lets see what happens, but I have to admit that I have been a little taken aback by the opposition on our own side. At least Rush was supportive last night. He and the others need to throw in and support him early. They usually all wait and wait until the establish candidate is firmly in the zone, and then it too late.

Williams continued, “I’m talking about colleagues and people who have to work with him, not necessarily establishments, in the Republican party. They think he is all about himself. Someone else said earlier it looks like this is not about vision but television, about him.” Gutfeld agreed saying “I feel this has always been about Ted Cruz,”

I just have to say again, this writer says Gutfeld presented a strong case.

It’s going to be a long year and a half for all of these hcaracters.

First piece of advice against Cruz, drop the ‘someone said, second, and most important, drop the ‘I feel’.

The “unready attack dog” meme seems to be the one that the GOPe has prepped up for; it looks coordinated. They’ll do the yeoman’s work, so the Dems can mostly sit back and relax, unless he manages to get the nomination.

If he has half a brain, Cruz will have anticipated this, and have an effective response to it. Otherwise, I don’t know why he would have bothered joining this nasty game.

Ya I think they learned their lesson and they can't stand the EGOP anymore or as Rush said in 2006 I am not carrying their water anymore. I think they are all tired of the turd sandwiches we have been handed twice now and are not trying to hurt the rino's but they ain't gonna help them either. These talkers know we are in deep doo-doo and it will take the strong medicine of a Cruz / Walker - Walker / Cruz to right the ship of state...

Interesting that the MSM here now says Bibi had to go more conservative to win — saying ‘no’ to a two state (final) solution.

Yet here the MSM and ‘experts’ keep telling conservatives they can’t win and they have to support the middle of the road sellout candidates.

Explain a concern troll and who is Jamie Dupree? Is a concern troll the same thing as a worry wart and isn’t Jamie Dupree on e of the staff that works behind the scenes on Sean Hannity’s radio show?

did you forget the conservative tag? There is NOTHING and I mean nothing conservative about Perino. She is the definitive definition of what a RINO is. She is no more a Republican than she is a conservative.
