Bad News For The Islamic Tribunal In Texas, Muslims Furious

Excerpted from Mad World News: The first Islamic Sharia Court in the U.S. just got some very bad news, and Muslims are not happy.

In a close 5-4 vote, the city of Irving ruled to back the Texas state bill banning foreign law from the state. It basically would slam the door in their faces, preventing them from spreading Sharia throughout the country. Now they are accusing the city council of unfairly being targeted.

All four of the “voluntary” court’s lawyers were unlicensed in the state of Texas, a third degree felony. Mayor Beth Van Duyne received several phone calls on the matter. It seems that the Islamic Tribunal not only was unlicensed, but they failed to notify the city of their illegal court being operated in city limits. She promised to get to the bottom of it, and she did.

By their own website’s admission, if U.S. law conflicts with Sharia law, “we follow Sharia law.” It also openly admitted separate rules for men and women in their proceedings, discriminating and humiliating women which is against the U.S. Constitution. The Islamic Tribunal also openly declared that they hope will “set a precedence that will be emulated and duplicated throughout the country.”

The more the mayor looked into it, the more it was apparent that they were attempting to establish a foothold using her city. She made a public Facebook post stating that she would back the new Texas law. She states that it was apparent that Zia Sheikh, imam at the Islamic Center of Irving, and the other Imams were “bypassing American courts” to make rulings under Sharia. Sheikh demanded an apology and wanted her Facebook post removed, which stated she would “fight with every fiber of my being” if the group was violating basic rights.

heikh says he just “asked her to clarify a statement … which seemed very Islamophobic.”

“She flat-out refused,” he said. “She said, ‘My statement wasn’t inflammatory in any way, shape or form.’” (Dallas Morning News)

Her office then asked for them to support the American Laws for American Courts bill and to abide by the Constitution. Sheikh instead flew off the handle.

“We don’t care about the bill,” Sheikh said. “It’s not going to affect us in any way, shape or form. The bottom line is the foundation of this bill is anti-Islamic.” (Dallas Morning News)

The meeting was filled by Muslims from the Council for American-Islamic Relations, a known terrorist organization. They even tried to paint the vote as Islamaphobia and bigotry.

“This continues efforts by elected officials who seek to score points with their voting base by demonizing Muslims,” Alia Salem, who directs the North Texas chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, told the City Council before Thursday’s vote. She said it had a choice between “diversity” and “hatred, fear and bigotry.” (Dallas Morning News)

The state bill doesn’t even mention Muslims or Islam. It states no specific foreign law. Keep reading

“The disturbing fact is the vote was 5-4.”...

Unfortunately, its only a matter of time before that ratio changes. We already see this happening with the Hispanic vote, in the not too distant future there will be more Hispanics than Anglos.

You can NOT establish law here that circumvents or overrides our laws. If such were tried in islamic countries, one would be imprisoned or executed. Rank hypocrisy.

People forget that islam goes beyond religion just as their courts will. It will easily turn into intimidation and gang activity.

Unlike the other extra-legal courts you mention, Sharia is the heart of Islam and once admitted will leave no stone unturned to become the law of the land - a first step in changing any country into another Islamic hell hole.

Watch it expand into the general community and watch it enforced by liberal judges. Sharia is an insidious, creeping evil that has overtaken millions, destroyed whole countries.

What will happen when the stoning, the beheading, the honor killing begin? It is all within the muslim community. How many will stand by? How many will equivocate?

If they sent you summons, would you feel compelled to attend the proceedings?

Let me clarify something for you. Read carefully. An independence group here in Texas did the exact same thing and set up their "own" court and sent a summons to a judge and some other officials. They were summarily arrested and fingerprinted by the FBI.

Now YOU tell me why the shariah court individuals have not been arrested for doing the same thing? The Federal government has been subverted by those following the islamic faith and we are all in extreme danger as I write this. This is high treason and an attempt to overthrow our government and society and no other explanation will do. Americans failure to see this and rise up in mass protest and demand that these people in Dallas be deported IMMEDIATELY will lead to the Americans' own destruction.

I see someone already sent you a link. The parallel is undeniable. If you continue to hold your position, you are a traitor. End of discussion.

If someone sues you in the Muslim Court, you do not have to show up, but you can if you want.

You can NOT have your muslim courts here. What part of "NOT" do you not understand. No.

I agree. Sharia courts are legal malpractice. Perps deserve long, long, long jail terms

It seems pretty clear the Crusaders are picking on the Muslims again. When will these outrages stop?

Thumbing one's nose at the rule of law seems to be a consistant pattern with the Mooselimb in the White Hut.

Neither do I. Which is why I’m glad sharia has no such effect.

BTW, some of the seemingly more rational complaints about sharia law have turned on US courts using it in their deliberations.

Without exception these have been in civil disputes where the contract in dispute was drawn up using shari law or the law of a Muslim state based on sharia. Obviously, the US court has to apply sharia in such a case, not because sharia is valid here but to enforce the terms of the contract as written.

Very similar situations occur for contracts drawn up under French or Russian law. And it occurs here between states. I was recently an expert witness in a case here in Florida. It involved a dispute over a prenup. The case was heard in Florida, but was required to apply Michigan law because the terms of the contract so specified. Most contracts specify what state’s laws will apply in case of dispute.

There was also a criminal case in NJ or thereabouts where an idiot judge made an idiot decision using sharia to excuse the defendant in a criminal case. The idiot decision was promptly and properly overturned on appeal. That’s a problem with an idiot judge, of whom we have a number, not with sharia as such.

Who were the 4 morons who voted FOR it? If Muslims aren't happy, they can go back to their backwards, camel humping nation...those people aren't Americans, so let me say this muzzies: "I don't give a damn that you are unhappy... I'm Glad you are unhappy! Now, go home you slime.'

Was I being to harsh to those unhappy POS muzzies?

I don’t have to go to the Sharia court if I do not want to.

You may not want to or have to but if you are a muzlim living in one of the many huge enclaves of muzlims in the U.S. that may be another story...

It is said that in Dearborn, Michigan the muzlims have their own unauthorized muzlim enforcement force...Likely the same in Houston and other larger cities...

There are many 'muzlim only' areas in the U.S. where our police don't/won't even go into...The bigger problem is when they start enforcing their sicko sharia laws on their own muzlims...And there's little doubt that it happens already, in violation of our laws...

It is stupid to give their sick practices any legitimacy...

Do you have a link for that quote?

Nope. But, if you remember that other image about Jarrett that claimed that she had an enemies list? That everyone called a fake quote?

Turns out that quote came from an expose on Obama and the author has never been sued for libel by the Obama administration.

So, that means that quote is true.

So, the quote in question - about her muslim faith and wanting to use America's freedom of religion against itself - would need some rock-turning to find if someone has the time to search.

Is it really “demonizing” if you treat demons as demons?
