Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu sounded alarm on Tuesday over high voter turnout among Arabs in the country’s Knesset election, urging supporters to get their friends and family to vote for his Likud party. “The right-wing government is in danger. Arab voters are coming out in droves to the polls. Left-wing organizations are bussing them out,” Netanyahu said in a 28-second video in Hebrew posted on his Facebook page, according to a translation by Haaretz. “Get out to vote, bring your friends and family, vote Likud in order to close the gap between us and ‘Labor.’”

I disagree. When Labor PM Ehud Barak was in power and was negotiating at Camp David his position was there would be no right of return, technically a token population would of been allowed to return, and that was non-negotiable.
It takes ID to vote and if you vote at a polling place that is not assigned to you (they mail it before the election) your vote does not count.
Actually the demographic situation incl birth rates in Israel proper favors the Jewish population. I believe it was an Isreali journalist Caroline Glick who wrote a book claiming the demographic trends are so much in the Jew’s favor that a one state solution would be technically feasible. That is Israel could absorb the West Bank and still be a Zionist state.
Israel pleaded with the Arabs to NOT LEAVE during the 1948 war and formation of Israel. The ones who did not leave became full citizens just like everyone else.
blacks do come out and vote almost 100 percent for Democrats in a straight racial vote. Why can’t a politician make reference to reality?why cant he make reference to the demographic situation in Israel?

Not anymore. Fertility rates have plummeted in Arab world and Iran. David Goldman, aka Spengler, has written extensively about this. In Israel proper the Jewish fertility rate is 3.05 vs. 3.35 for Muslims and given trend the two will converge.
If you take their 14-15 seats off the table - who sees communists/islamists as a government partner?

The whole scenario is chilling in its familiarity to Democrats and GOPe election tactics, last minute polls changing, media in left’s pocket, bussing in the opposition. Sad to think true democracy doesn’t stand a chance anywhere in the world.
The leftists in Israel are just following the example set by the leftist democrats here in the US. Just substitute the term “arab voter” with bussed in blacks from the inner city, illegal aliens with shiny new SS cards, and the residents of the local cemeteries.
They’re probably working at “get out the vote” ... and that alone can win elections! The Arab vote is apparently high, so that’s an example of it. I don’t think the Arab vote is high because of the Leftists in Israel, though ... but because of the Arab Political Activists themselves, working to defeat Netanyahu.
Netanyahu is even doing it by saying “bring your whole family” [to vote]! ... :-) ...
Any Israeli citizen away from his designated polling place on election day is entitled to free public transport to the poll. (Or at least that’s how it was a few years ago.)
