Letting the air out of the Holder/Sharpton balloon before they can launch it?

Who’s willing to bet he’ll use the “I’m fighting against racial oppression” defense?

I wouldn’t be surprised the animals of Ferguson will cry that the cops are racist for arresting a black man for shooting 2 cops.

More racism in Ferguson PD. The black population is comprised of 67.4% black but their cop shooter arrests are 100% blacks.

Considering a shoulder fired gas gun is 37mm, I don’t think you get to keep your wrist if you fire a fotay pistole, but we all know it was an AR-15 fotay. Just like the suspect was Amish.

I never heard of a news conference regarding a major crime where the arresting agency tells the press what the suspect’s defense is going to be !!

Letting the air out of the Holder/Sharpton balloon before they can launch it?

What the cops just did was publicly state what the suspect's defense was going to be, IE; That he did not mean to shoot at cops and was actually shooting at someone else. The cops just laid the foundation.

All the racist criminal defenders will immediately repeat this so much, it will be seen as what happened before a trail ever starts...

All of this did is to minimize the severity and penalties/charges of this attempted murderer.

In the states where there’s a specific crime called attempted murder, one of he elements is intent to kill a specific person. The appropriate charge to file is one that fits the evidence at that point, and if there’s no current evidence of intent to kill those officers, the charge would be as outlined by the DA. He could possibly just be stating what the current state of the evidence is that lead to him filing the charges that he filed. They can always be amended as more facts emerge.

Don't know, but if you Google "attempted murder Missouri" you'll see several cases where that charge is involved.

I would think that shooting at someone multiple times would count as attempted murder regardless of how bad your aim was.
