The Iranian government is urging the United States to go straight to the United Nations to finalize any agreement reached in the coming weeks regarding Tehrans contested nuclear program without seeking congressional approval.
Javad Zarif, Irans foreign minister and top negotiator, suggested in a recent interview that the U.N. Security Council should be responsible for approving any agreement reached between Western powers and Tehran over its nuclear program, a proposal that the Obama administration entertained on Thursday.
The State Department argues that a nonbinding agreement with Iranone that would not be subject to congressional oversight or approvalcould be more enforceable due to the removal of opposition by a majority of Republican lawmakers to a deal.

and one by indirect vote, President, who is voted on by member of the electoral collage who are not even bound to have to legally follow the vote of the people...
So we have a President who is not in fact elected directly by the people ..
That President now content he can simply ignoring the authority of the congress that has both a say in this, is 3/4 of the federal official THE PEOPLE get to vote for, and is the only ones THE PEOPLE get to directly vote for....
lib like to talked about us as a democracy, even though we are a representative republic, and the sacredness of the vote....
well how sacred is your vote now?
Because....you basically have a dictator disregarding who we voted for and who is empower to be our representatives..
Can we now say THE U.S. PEOPLE have any real say in their government?
