do me a favor and figure in the difference abortion has made. Loss of workers and since it has been 40 years, include their babies. Would it be possible to include the positive effects of babies on the economy over the years if they had been allowed to live?
In 1970 our population was 203 million; today it is 320 million; and the nations total population would cross the 400 million mark in 2051, reaching 420.3 million in 2060. I suspect if all of those babies had not been aborted, our population would be crossing the half billion mark.
I am dead set against abortion, which is murder. However, I don't equate high population growth with economic prosperity. If that were the case, China and India would have a much higher standard of living.
This difference is a tremendous demographic shift. Kill a million Americans each year and replace them with another 2 million from outside. Each year.
After a couple of decades you begin to see a tremendous change.
The wages of sin as they say is death. Or, in our case, replacement.
