Never mind Mullah Obama’s treason, Hillary’s treason, and Kerry’s treason.

The Obamabots are on the march.

FWIW, here is a discussion of the Logan Act applicability with reference to this particular case:

http://www.lawfareblog.com/2015/03/logan-act/

From its beginning qualifications, “......American Citizens corresponding with Foreign Governments WITHOUT authorization......” 47 US Senators, acting as official representatives in an official capacity can be rightly interpreted as ‘authorization’.

Let them vent and feel good about signing a silly petition. Feeling good is what they’re all about. They certainly aren’t about the law, nor are their memories very long since there have been multiple instances where Democrats have done the same thing or worse.

I look at this letter as an attempt to interject some mature adults into this "process" with Iran. Right now we have two kids, one from the White House and one from the State Department, giving away the store to our arch enemy, the leading state sponsor of terrorism in the world, Iran, so they can say they have a "deal" to stop Iran from getting a nuclear bomb. When quite the opposite is true. They are giving Iran cover for continuing to build their bomb and are laughing all the way to the centrifuges at Obama and Kerry's lack of negotiating skills.

And in a TV interview I saw over the weekend, Obama said that if they made a deal with Iran, that we could trust him that it was a good one. "Trust" and "Obama" used in the same sentence? That's laughable.

They have been since Obama's first primaries. What's new is McConnell and his ilk aren't bowing to him.

What could possibly be treasonous about one branch of the government informing a foreign government in negotiations about its part in the process? Look at Ukraine....those Kiev war mongers had an executive agreement with Clinton, and thought it meant the US would fight any war they provoked.

Maybe there's a silver lining. Maybe McConnell and the other backstabbers will realize there's no giving Obama anything less than everything he wants, then he'll want more. Maybe they will put "closing the federal government" back on the table and work to stop and reverse the invasion of the US and to not raise the debt limit.

(a gal can dream)

The demodummies better cool their heels, such action could be turned on themselves, not suggesting they have broken any laws (SARC). I would certainly sign such a petition.

Don’t forget Bill Clinton’s trip to Moscow to protest U.S. foreign policy when he was a student in England. (Fullbright Scholarship, funded by the estate of one of the prime advocates of segregation.)

Please do, maybe it will give Republicans a backbone to start defending America from this administration.

100,000 obama worshiping moon-bats really isn’t that many out of a population of 318,892,103 even if each name was real.

It is interesting to note that opposition to Obama is now considered “treason”.

There has been only 1 prosecution of an American citizen for a violation of the Logan Act since 1799.

Now these moonbats want 47 prosecutions for Senators who are doing their sworn duty to uphold and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

Frankly, if Obama thinks he can institute a treaty with our sworn enemy, Iran, without “authorization” from the Senate, then he is in violation of the Logan Act.

How about a White House petition to begin immediate impeachment proceedings against Obama and Biden?

Those folks who are pretending that the Senate has no role in treaties are not fooling me. I know that they know better. It’s simply more of that same lying and despicable polarization that is enabling their reshaping of this country.

But he’s running his little game again, saying it’s not a “treaty,” it’s an “agreement.” Just the same as amnesty wasn’t an “executive order.” it was a “memo.”
