I have teenage daughter with a defiant streak an a perverse sense of humor. Obama “I heard about it on the news” sounds just like here.
This confirms my suspicions that we’re being governed by amoral children.
The only thing Obama is clueless about is his cluelessness that we are not clueless.
A black guy I used to work with here told me that he honestly believed that Obama had no way of knowing about all the problems with the Obamacare bill, and was not responsible for knowing about them.
That he just signed the bill.
No.
It seems that in life he doesn't deal with problems. He finds a way to make excuses, shift focus, and talk his way around them.
So is it possible he didn't know? Probably not. Is it possible he didn't have a clue of when something was very wrong? For sure.

He is amoral. He lies with impunity, almost with a challenge - “What’re you going to do about it?” The lies slip off easily from years of practice.

I remember one of my younger brothers at the age of three or so consuming most of a large cake and standing with a piece in his hand saying, “I didn’t do it.” The only difference between him at that age and our current government is that he was a child in years, they are still acting like three year olds. The most amazing part is that such a huge percentage of the supposedly adult population is willing to go along with this farce.

President Obama communicated with Hillary Rodham Clinton via email but didn’t know the “details” of how his secretary of state was using a private, off-the-books email address, the White House said Monday.
“They did have the occasion to email one another. … He was not aware of the details of how that email address and how that server had been set up or how Secretary Clinton and her team were planning to comply with the Federal Records Act,” White House press secretary Josh Earnest told reporters. “The president did email with Secretary Clinton. I assume he recognized the email he was emailing back to.”

Judge Napolitano told Megyn that sending out Earnest was the Obama cover-up....b/c O told Bill Plante he only found out about Hillary’s private emails on the news.
Back at the WH, Valerie musta told O there was proof he emailed back and forth w/ Hillary. So Earnest was sent out to save Obama’s ***.........that O “did not know” the legal implications..
Fox also reported-—when emails are sent to govt officials from private servers—a message accompanies them-—that the email was not sent on a secure sever-—giving them the option whether or not to respond.
Obama had to know this.

Dem apologists for Clinton assert that her homebrew server was secure, physically protected by Secret Service agents protecting her home......So WHO was her system administrator? Did he have remote access? What security clearance level did he have, given that some of her emails probably contained sensitive information, if not top secret and beyond? ....
