The amount of time Obama spends away from the WH....vacationing, fundraising, and giving speeches next to no one wants to hear is beyond comprehension. Even if he on some level knew, he doesn't spend enough time on his job to focus, analyze, and come to meaningful judgements and conclusions.

It seems that in life he doesn't deal with problems. He finds a way to make excuses, shift focus, and talk his way around them.

So is it possible he didn't know? Probably not. Is it possible he didn't have a clue of when something was very wrong? For sure.
