Simply finding that a single e-mail or text has been tampered with, and had to do with gov business no matter how benign the content, is a felony. According to Judge Napolitano that’s one year in prison and/or $100k fine ... per document. And barred from gov office for life.

Because she needed the time to purge the server. Like how they waited six months before searching Gary Condit’s home looking for Chandra Levy evidence.
If Gowdy had sent marshals to Chappaqua with a warrant as soon as he had reasonable cause, the game would be up for several people, including Hillary. He probably would have a terabyte or six of real evidence, and apparently that’s not how this script will run.
But Lerner’s were on GOVERNMENT SERVERS .. HILLARY’S ARE NOT. That’s the difference.
We don’t have a clue what she has on her HOME computer.
That’s why .. when Trey first found out about the home computer, he should have subpoenaed the whole works.
But .. since Trey has decided to play nice with the democrats over this scandal (which many of the dems have been so eager to tell), I don’t expect Trey be able to get the info he needs to put her in jail for her crimes against America and her abandonment of Americans on the battlefield.
Instead we’re all screaming and pulling our hair out because nobody is taking any of this deceit seriously.
Maybe he needs the outrage as political cover for being able to do the obvious. Everyone is screaming now, Gowdy subpoena that stupid server already.
It doesn’t matter what server Lerner’s e-mails (or anyone else’s) is on if they have an e-mail or text to/from Hillary and Hillary’s server doesn’t have a copy of it then she is nailed for tampering with a Fed doc. Felony, $100k fine and one year in jail for each doc. Can never hold a gov office again.
But .. you have to consider that an email would have been deleted because she was whining about Obama or Jarrett, and she wouldn’t necessarily want either of them to see it.
That’s the point I’m trying to make. It’s her “private” server and email and she can do anything she wants with it. None of that equipment belongs to the Feds., not the hardware or the software.

The key will be, of course, is there anybody she sent a msg to that will tattle on her ..?? Who knows ..?? And .. maybe a few prayers wouldn’t hurt.

The House and Senate committees on Benghazi must have subpoenaed a lot of State Dept. employees e-mails and texts already. Then there is Gowdy's Benghazi committee. Then there are several other investigative committees who did a lot of subpoenaing in the past six years. All they need is one that she can produce no match for.
You have nothing; and no way to prove it was “a Fed doc”.
You would if it was to/from a State Dept. (or other Fed) employee on a .gov server discussing official business.
