When Iran goes nuclear
The Washington Times ^ | March 2, 2015 | James Woolsey

Our attention these days with regard to security is understandably riveted on the Islamic State, or ISIS, and its hideous decapitations, rapes and live immolations. We must deal with the Islamic State, but it is not the gravest threat we face. The Israelis are right — we should awaken to the fact that the coming of a nuclear Iran holds special dangers and requires particularly urgent attention. There are four driving reasons.

Iran has, or is about to acquire dozens (at most) of nuclear (”A-Bomb”) weapons. Israel possesses hundreds if not thousands of both nuclear and thermonuclear (”H-Bomb”) weapons which can be delivered by aircraft, artillery, missiles, and cruise missiles on hard-to-detect submarines. Who would you bet on?

What are Iran's defenses against incoming? I'd bet on the country with Iron Dome.

And, why is it impossible to focus on Iran AND ISIS? ISIS is more likely to engage us domestically and sooner than later if we don't REVOKE passports of their American sympathizers.

I would bet on Iran to use them as soon as they get them.

We fought the German Nazis, Italian Fascists and Imperial Japanese all at the same time with much fewer people and resources than we have today. Didn’t I just read that at least 40 ISIS fighters have already returned to the United States?

Then they’ll be signing their own death certificate. Do you think that Bibi is like Barry and won’t fight back?

Perhaps the Mullahs and other hard-liners, but the average Iranian?

A first nuclear war is coming soon unless the USA can kick out its Moslem rulers and then, in conjunctioin with Israel launch an attack on Iran that destroys its entire military capability including all the nuke stuff we can get at. We don’t have to destroy it all, just destroy the military and the economic capability to continue. That means all the factories, dams, railroads, airports, etc, and rewaste them as rebuilding starts. Or, if we can’t get up the gumption to do that, then a pre-emptive nuclear strike will become necessary unless there is some perfect anti ICBM capability in Israel and the USA that is still super secret which is not likely. That strike will become necessary if the USA has not already collapsed into total dictatorship. Then nothing matters any more; China is the next center of Christian civilization.

Instead of just one city of Japan, if Nagasaki was an isolated island country, they’d still be in ruins today.

Israel cannot stand one nuke-bomb exchange.

That then means the likely nuke usage is one directional... Israel to Iran, devastatingly, or, Iran to Israel with just a couple simultaneously.

Iran only has to get through to Israel with one nuke. The Iranians think they will have won if both countries are wiped out because the Jews are gone and Armageddon will have been unleashed which they believe will leave as survivors only Moslems or will annihilate the human race which is just as good because there will be no more infidels and all the previously extant Moslems will be in the Garden with Rivers Flowing Under cavorting with their 72 +\- raisins.

I’m betting Pakistan and China would be pretty pissed, I believe the prevailing winds blow their direction although I don’t know how much radiation (fallout) would drift their way.

That’s what they want. Khameni is a 12th Imam believer. He wants the End of Days.

Just remember: Our Manhattan Project, the Soviet nuclear program and even the Nazi’s project were all a mostly Jewish thing. The Israelis have had nearly 70 years to work on such weapons, so I’m guessing that there are all kinds of surprises up their sleeves.

IF Iran gets a nuke...and IF they decide to nuke Israel as they've threatened, I just hope it is after Obama is gone and a conservative president is in office. Otherwise, Iran skates with nothing but a rebuke, censure and other strongly worded resolutions.

If they act on their threats, they should be nuked back to the Stone Age by Israel AND the US.

We all know that sock puppet Obama and president Jarrett will do nothing. Except smile, that is.

Sorry, totally unimpressed. If we can tolerate bombs in Russia, China, and many in the rest of the world, we are not threatened by someone who potentially will have a bomb. I’m more interested in why they might use a bomb and see what can be done about that. Otherwise it is but the voice of the perpetual warmonger unable to grasp the reaction of the rest of the world. War is an existential threat to us.

The average Iranian *should* care, much like the average American *should* care, but most are just concerned with feeding the family and seeing who is guest starring on Dancing with the Imams.

Until they see the flash. Then I hope they remember what Bert the Turtle would say...
