All but one of the jurors ... wanted to sentence her to death

Probably a McCainite

That juror should be indicted for perjury, because she obviously lied during voir dire. If she was opposed to the death penalty and couldn’t consider voting to impose it in any situation, then she lied to get on the trial judge.

Why don’t they just cut a plea deal for life in prison? A third trial? Seriously?

I think Arias is a raving madwoman-she reminds me of a green female character in an original Star Trek episode about a planet that was a psych facility for the criminally insane-she killed all her lovers to keep them from cheating.

The guy Jody Arias sliced and shot to death never sounded like he had a lot of respect for women or fidelity, but a normal person isn’t going to kill someone for that, abuse or not-Arias only seems to be a danger to men-but I don’t think she should ever get paroled...

It was nonsense anyway, no way would she ever have been executed, even though she should have been.

What bothers me is the one juror would not discuss anything regarding why they would not go for the death penalty.

Leads me to believe a non death penalty advocate made their way on the jury by lying on the questionnaires.
