A judge declared a mistrial Thursday in the Jodi Arias sentencing case after a jury deadlocked on whether the convicted murderer should be executed or sent to prison for life for killing her lover in 2008.
The decision removes the death penalty as an option and leaves the judge to sentence Arias to either life in prison or a life term with the possibility of release after 25 years.

She knew exactly what she was doing and should be taken out and hung by the neck until dead.
Her rage was not uncontrollable, it was unleashed which is quite a different thing.

I don’t know why but I feel sorry for her.
I know someone who had hitched her life to a ‘rising star’ and then e dumped her for several of the groupies that came his way.
Her life was ruined (seriously ruined) when she had the option of any guy she wanted in her prime...
But she didn’t kill the guy (a lot of US wanted to)
I think she saw her life ruined and mr. wonderful multi-level marketing recruiter used her just once too often... And she went nuts.
