Lawyers for the parents of an unarmed, black 18-year-old who was fatally shot by a white police officer in the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson have announced plans to file a civil lawsuit in their son's death.
Attorney Daryl Parks said the City of Ferguson and former Officer Darren Wilson will be named in the suit.

Well they seem to have enough to pay attorney’s fees, so sue them for that and prevent them from abusing the system.
Those attorneys are working on contingency.
They sound like opportunistic parasites, much like their clients ;/
Michael Brown’s family have suffered economic losses due to the death of their son. He is no longer here to provide for his family. They should be compensated. They should be awarded on box of Swisher Sweets for life.

Yes, I would agree that the Gentle Giant would have been a huge wage earner by virtu of his fatassed strongarm expertise and apparent gang connections. Of course look to the demonstrated actions dam and the stud for clarification of character, or lack thereof, perhaps? IN ANY EVENT, he will not be personally hurting ANYBODY else in the future.

I had hoped Angela Corey would be nailed for her transgressions in the Trayvon Martin case. Quite a few lawyers escaped their just deserts. Both she, Crump and probably Parks should have been disbarred.
This was inevitable. Fortunately, they have Eric Holder’s final report to fight back. A countersuit, with the family and Fat Albert as defendants, would probably work.
Sue them for the cost of the ammo needed to kill the thug creep and then sue them for the costs of the riot cleanup.
