The House Select Committee on Benghazi is planning to subpoena Clintonmail.com for all correspondence related to the 2012 Benghazi embassy attack.
According to The Washington Post, the State Department can expect to receive subpoenas sometime Wednesday afternoon. It was the same House investigative committee that discovered, through its investigation of the Benghazi attack, Hillary Clinton had used a personal email account for diplomatic business while serving as Secretary of State.
"Without access to the relevant electronic information and stored data on the server—which was reportedly registered to her home—there is no way the Committee, or anyone else, can fully explain why the Committee uncovered two email addresses,” Jamal D. Ware, communications director for the Select Committee on Benghazi said in a statement Wednesday.

I guarantee you that before this month is over, Trey Gowdy will have someone close to Hillary Clinton (not she herself, mind you) in front of his Benghazi committee and he will holler at them with the cameras rolling.
He'll holler at them very much, and then he'll holler at them some more. He'll make them believe that they had never been hollered at in their entire lives before they met Trey Gowdy, and they will be very, very chastened and they will be very, very sorry.
You just wait. You'll see.

Short of going to her house with an armed team to serve a warrant for the emails I believe it will be a long time (if ever) that they are turned over.

Why even deal with Hitlary?
Offer Russia a re-set Button to turn over the Hacker-Guccifer’s copies. Or better yet, supena all Sid Vicious Emails from the AOL Servers. He was after all not a employee of the Federal Government who was being sent and had access to sensitive government documents via Hitlary’s emails.
It was only recently discovered that she had been exclusively using an email account outside of the MANDATED federal email system.
This will be evidence for her trial AND for the Benghazi hearing.
Even if she doesn’t go to jail, the emails WILL show evidence that she knew that the video wasn’t the cause. Her political career is over.
Those in DC know for a fact that people die when they cross the Clintons.
Oh yeah, and that will only take them how many years to produce any emails?
Obstruct, delay, deny, obstruct, delay, deny.
We’ve been here before with them and we all know how it works.
Something they would have found out a lot earlier if they had issued a subpoena for her emails early on. Had they done that then the State Department would have been forced to admit they didn't have any.
Write the subpoena, send Federal Marshals to her house, and confiscate all computer equipment this afternoon. Time’s a-wasting!
