Once again, the voters spoke and the courts told them to shut up. It happened with prop 108, anti-illegal immigration, prop 8, anti-gay marriage, and now this.
People like to badmouth California, but the people here have been trying for common sense for some time, and it keeps being thwarted.

There is a simple solution so that no one’s rights get violated.
Sex offenders (I’m talking serious sex offenders, not some made-up political classification) never again see the light of day.
No one has to track them. No little boys (or girls, as the case may be) are raped. Parents can sleep at night.
I can see no down side.
