THe repeat rate amongst convicted offenders is no laughing matter.

California is on the brink..of utter and complete anarchy!

Agreed. (minority of one here) I don't like these bans. We're supposed to be a nation of forgiveness after a person has served their time and is not a threat to society. If a person is a threat, keep them imprisoned.

I agree with bans on working with children for those who abused children, as a condition of release.

The same reasoning I use regarding infringements upon the second amendment. Anyone who can't be trusted to be armed should not be running around loose!

I agree. Either they're sane enough to live among the general populace, or they should still be locked up.
