Let's stop this administration's constant abuse of executive power through over-regulation without consent from our elected representatives. It is obvious to anyone that the overwhelming majority of street crimes involving guns do not involve rifles like the AR-15. Thank you Representative Rooney from Florida.

What we really need is a ‘Protecting the United States Constitution’ bill, which would reel in Obama’s executive actions and set definite limits on his abuses of the president’s constitutional powers.

“The Protecting Second Amendment Rights Act, introduced Friday by Rep. Tom Rooney (R-Fla.), would roll back the ATFs power to regulate ammunition.”
Which has exactly zero chance of becoming law. O’bastard would veto it immediately.

The GOP should immediately defund ATF.

After the surrender today, I do not expect this Congress to do anything to protect any part of the Constitution.

So the Congress that is right now in the process of giving Obama everything he wants is going to pass a bill denying Obama something he wants?

I thought that Congress has oversight on the various alphabet agencies it created. It would seem that a committee could meet and override the rogue agency in question.

Why do we need a Bill when we already have the 2nd Amendment and “Shall not be infringed”? What a joke.

None of this matters when Obama can do whatever he wants and Boehner can whip enough Republicans to fund the Tyrant.

Having declared that the sun rising in the East was a core principle, Republicans caved and funded King 0bama to enforce a regulatory mandate that the sun rise in the West.

You’d be right. Focus on your state. If you live in a state with 0 chance of defending the constitution, move to another state.

Let’s say Obama signs the bill? He can just ignore it. He’s done it before. This is stupid. Congress should just vote Obama king go home.

In UNITED STATES ver Miller it was ruled that sawed off shotguns could be regulated because they were not used as military arms
So unless I am real wrong according to same ruling this and all such ammo dose have military uses
