Reminds me of the folks who say Conservatives offer no viable alternative to Obamacare. In all seriousness, doing NOTHING would have been a better alternative.
People forget that you not only make a choice when you come to a fork in the road, but you also make a choice when you come to a turnoff. Obamacare was a seriously misguided turn off. Progress would be to get back to the path we were on and then decide what to do from there.
The bottom line is what I’ve heard on the radio the last couple of days: No deal is better than a bad deal. We don’t want to be the guy in “Fargo” arguing over paying for TrueCoat. We want a leader that says, “You lied to me.” And walk away from the deal.

The path put forth by the Current Occupant is not a viable solution in and of itself, to begin with. It is not Netanyahu’s duty to offer “alternatives”; it is the Current Occupant’s duty to back up and reconsider the rashness of what he has proposed, and readjust his thinking accordingly.
But of course, backing up and applying critical thinking to the problem at hand is not the Current Occupant’s style, and he may not be sufficiently intellectually endowed to arrive at that epiphany.
