They should have built a normal carrier. They bought into the F-35 and built a ship for it. Now the aircraft are not ready. They do not even have guns that can be fired yet after a couple of decades.
Interesting other problem. The bombs if the enemy had them would take out a fleet in no time.

Like a normal contract do they get their money back if not delivered on time or some kind of compensation ?
