On Friday, C.J. Pearson, a 12-year-old conservative from Georgia who posted a viral video supporting Rudy Giuliani, discovered that his personal Facebook page was locked. In an exclusive interview with Examiner.com on Saturday, Pearson said he received a message from someone about 6 a.m. Friday. That's when he learned his account and page had been locked for "suspicious activity."
He jumped through all of Facebook's hoops, but wasn't able to recover his account. So he created a new profile to take its place. His public page was not affected, he said, however, he can no longer administer the page. Fortunately, he said, a friend is helping post links to that page.

I’m not a FB subscriber, but wonder if it’s typical for an adult to open an account for a underage kid?
Yeah, about that.... Are we supposed to believe that if this young man had trashed Guiliani and sung Odingo's praises, said account would have been suspended? I mean, really? How far and how often do we need to play this stupid game, anyway?
He may be 11 but he has an "age identity" of 13.

Difference between Conservatives and Liberals:
If a Conservative doesn’t like guns, he doesn’t buy one.
If a Liberal doesn’t like guns, he wants all guns outlawed.
If a Conservative is a vegetarian, he doesn’t eat meat.

If a Conservative decides he needs health care, he goes about shopping for it, or may choose a job that provides it.
If a Liberal decides he needs health care, he demands that the rest of us pay for his.

We have a winner! He violated FB terms. Smarter to use his Daddy's account for another year.
Anyone can report any Facebook customer ... and then Facebook has someone look into it. If there is no violation on the account, nothing will happen. If there is a violation, the account will be blocked or canceled.
The same thing happens on Free Republic. Anyone here can REPORT a poster for a VIOLATION ... if the Moderator finds no problem or violations, nothing will happen. If there is a violation, it may result in your account being deleted, depending on what the Moderator thinks.
AND ... that’s the way it should be, with either Facebook or Free Republic!

true but Facebook does very much have a leftist bias in that regards, comments and accounts ARE suspended for those things
Anyone can open an account ... underage or not ... and even though Facebook requires the proper age and requires that your information be real and correct ... you can still open an account with no problem.
HOWEVER ... anyone can report any violation on your account ... so it pays to have everything “right” on your account so no one can report you for any technical violations.
You have to be a “real person” with the correct name and details given on your account ... or else you are in violation and your account can be deleted or blocked.
It’s not naive, because I see it happening all the time, on Facebook. They even have a “weekly cleaning” of fake accounts ... LOL ...
Even I have reported violations there, on Facebook and accounts have been yanked!
And I’ve reported things here on Free Republic ... just like other FREEPERS have and they have gotten accounts yanked!
